What you will do

• Connect with users, analyze data, and identify product opportunities to build strong user intuition.
• Develop compelling product roadmaps and metric targets that continuously measure progress.
• Lead product ideation, prioritization, and releases through user research, feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Ruthlessly prioritize ideas in a data-informed way to maximize impact with limited resources.
• Lead a cross-functional team (UI/UX, engineering, QA, data analysis) through the product development cycle.
• Initiate data-driven experimentation and analysis on new products and features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience in a prior startup or high-ambiguity environment.
• Prior consumer-facing product development experience, ideally with mobile or subscription-based products.
• Prior experience with psychology-based products, gamification, or other user behavior-oriented apps.
• Must be based in Europe.
