What you will do

• Own and grow relationships with strategic users across financial institutions and digital asset firms.
• Lead complex, multi-million-dollar commercial engagements from initial conversation through to close.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to bring traditional finance on-chain and scale digital asset ecosystems.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to translate customer needs into product direction.
• Define and execute the global strategy for engaging and scaling "super users".
• Represent the company at industry events and ensure alignment with compliance and operational requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working within or selling into traditional finance (TradFi) and/or fintechs.
• Deep knowledge of digital asset initiatives, including blockchain integration and tokenization.
• Strong existing connections within Tier 1 banks and institutions.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
• Experience as a player-coach people leader capable of managing teams through high growth.
• Ability to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
