What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partnerships with cloud, channel, SI, and GSI partners.
• Provide technical training, support, and develop proof-of-concepts and demos for partner teams.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans and collaborate with sales to generate opportunities.
• Resolve technical product integration issues and develop new solutions with partner teams.
• Monitor post-sales customer success and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Must be based in Japan
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in technical sales, consulting, enablement, or partner management.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and software development methodologies.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partner relationships.
