TL;DR
GTM Manager (AI): Driving revenue by sourcing, closing, and activating enterprise customers for an AI software engineering product. Focus on understanding complex technical pain points, identifying new use cases, and providing critical product feedback to engineering teams.
Location: On-site in San Francisco Bay Area, New York, or Austin.

An applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, including Devin, the first AI software engineer.
What you will do
- Drive revenue by owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close and activation for enterprise companies.
- Navigate layered customer organizations, working directly with C-suite executives, Tech and AI leaders.
- Develop strategies for sourcing, demoing the product, and closing opportunities.
- Deeply understand customer technical pain points and qualify the best use cases for Devin.
- Discover new use cases and overshare customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
- Focus on results – generate pipeline, revenue, and help build the best technical sales organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full sales cycle selling experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers.
- Technical experience (either as a software engineer, sales engineer, or forward deployed engineer), or an exceptional ability to learn and understand complex technical problems.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn.
Nice to have
- Previously founded a startup.
- Successfully sourced and closed large, complex enterprise software deals.
- Was a software engineer or sales engineer, or studied computer science, but moved into go-to-market roles.
- Interest in AI tooling, a tinkerer, and generally a power user of such tools.
- Competitive, highly ambitious person who loves working in high-intensity environments.
