What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of People Technology / HRIS projects, coordinating scope, timelines, and resources.
• Lead project discovery, planning, and design workshops with HR and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear product and technical specifications for implementation.
• Act as implementation lead for HRIS initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and cutover.
• Plan and manage change management activities for new HRIS rollouts, including communication and training.
• Promote agile ways of working and coach team members on Product Owner best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management within IT, HRIS, or People Technology environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale HRIS projects end-to-end.
• Strong project delivery skills, including building detailed project plans and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and manage stakeholders, setting expectations and challenging scope when needed.
• Experience with change management for systems/process rollouts (comms, training, adoption tracking).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Hands-on systems integration or implementation experience with Workday or other major HRIS platforms.
• Experience working in a diverse, international ecommerce or technology company.
• MBA or consulting experience (HR/tech/digital transformation).
• Exposure to people product management or employee-facing digital solutions.
