What you will do

• Consult clients to determine optimal software configurations for business needs.
• Configure hirify.global software via user interface and back-end tools according to project scope.
• Track, manage, and provide regular updates on implementation project progress.
• Maintain ongoing communication with client-side and internal stakeholders.
• Act as an internal technical product knowledge resource for training and troubleshooting.
• Lead client-facing kick-offs, requirement gathering, and configuration review meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• +6 years of experience with finance and software implementation projects, preferably financial software like TMSs or ERPs.
• Strong financial (Accounting and treasury management) experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organization, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
• Spanish and English speaker.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
