What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Engine team.
- Assist with recruiting Engine Programmers.
- Manage code reviews and documentation.
- Debug and optimize code for quality and performance.
- Maintain and extend the proprietary engine across platforms.
- Safeguard company assets including source code and tools.
Requirements
- Demonstrable Lead or Management experience.
- Extensive experience programming for games.
- Excellent C++ skills.
- Strong mentor and coaching ability.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Experience with graphics APIs like Directx 12 and Vulkan.
