What you will do

• Lead and deliver the strategic Talent Science project roadmap.
• Design and implement solutions to complex hiring problems.
• Ensure talent selection initiatives map to high performance outcomes.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop analytical capabilities.
• Drive team representation in the absence of the Head of Talent Science.
• Collaborate with company leaders to communicate the vision for talent.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in psychology or related field.
• Experience in team leadership within technology or consulting.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor a team.
• Deep understanding of selection and career frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills using SQL, Python, or statistical analysis.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced psychometric assessments.
• Understanding of human behavior and intrinsic motivation.
• Familiarity with Superset and advanced dashboarding.
