What you will do
- Lead and manage the Customer Success Team, including hiring and training.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Customer Success strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze and report on CRM, Gateway, and Back-Office platform analytics and team KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical Support teams to drive customer success initiatives.
- Identify upselling opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Represent the company at local and international events and conferences.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Payment Industry or Fintech, preferably at a Payment Service Provider.
- Experience communicating with department heads in a B2B environment.
- Experience overseeing external Account Management communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar is advantageous.
