Compensation: Base pay range of $160,000 - 190,000 + Series-C Equity

What you will do

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process.
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents.
• Analyze clients' requirements and design solutions.
• Manage implementation projects, including monitoring quality and timelines.
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with APIs specs and web development.
