What you will do
- Lead and manage teams of MLOps and cloud system engineers aligned with AI strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud and ML infrastructure on AWS.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and security compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Mentor team members to promote professional growth and innovation culture.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Bengaluru, India
- 7+ years experience managing large-scale ML and generative AI applications deployment.
- Strong expertise in AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, orchestration, and Microsoft Azure.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
