Lead Data Scientist (MLOps): Responsible for modeling, analyzing, and communicating key metrics to drive commercial success while productionizing new and existing products in a scalable manner. Focus on building and maintaining scalable pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end data science projects and mentor junior team members.
- Research and implement machine learning techniques to improve business processes.
- Build and maintain scalable pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Explore and develop new data science products connected to the DAX platform.
Requirements
- Strong degree in a numerate subject (e.g., maths, data science).
- Experience with MLOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in Python and SQL.
- Extensive experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
- Ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical audiences.
