What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting and build targeted outreach.
- Qualify opportunities and run structured discovery.
- Nurture leads and maintain momentum.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing for campaign alignment.
- Log activity accurately in Salesforce.
- Support events and campaigns to drive pipeline.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams.
- Curious, coachable, and resilient.
- Collaborative and goal-oriented.
