What you will do

• Create algorithmic improvements for driving behavior.
• Test changes using backend tooling across various driving scenarios.
• Lead on-vehicle drive reviews for performance feedback.
• Stay updated on developments in Robotics and Motion Planning.
• Write and file patents for novel technologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Fluency in C++.
• Understanding of planning techniques (A*, RRTs, PRMs).
• Ability to create real-time motion planning algorithms.

Nice to have

• Experience with geometric- and/or sampling-based planning algorithms.
• Experience with autonomous robots and machine learning.
• Familiarity with ROS, pose estimation, SLAM, and CUDA.
