What you will do

• Deliver creative static and motion design assets for performance marketing channels.
• Work with the Growth team to deliver the best solutions for digital marketing projects.
• Gather design references by creating moodboards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics.
• Take ownership of projects, from concept to completion.
• Contribute to design processes and improve scalability.
• Work across multiple project deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer.
• Experience with performance marketing and producing creatives for digital paid ads.
• Impressive conceptual thinking and communication skills.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
• Experience creating templates and scalable design solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 3D modelling and animation with Cinema 4D.
• Experience with After Effects and Figma.
• Experience with various formats (print, DOOH, OOH, display ads, HTML5).
• Experience localising assets for different markets.
