What you will do

• Develop game features and systems using C++ and the Unreal Engine API.
• Implement core gameplay mechanics, including physics, AI, animations, and UI integration.
• Utilize Blueprint scripting for rapid prototyping and logic implementation.
• Perform debugging and performance optimization to ensure high-quality gaming experiences.
• Collaborate with the in-house team using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C++ and the Unreal Engine API.
• Solid understanding of game development concepts such as AI, physics, and animations.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, Perforce, or Plastic SCM.
• Ability to work in both Spanish and English-speaking environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Valencia, Spain.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
• Experience in multiplayer and networked game development.
• Familiarity with the Gameplay Ability System (GAS).
• Knowledge of shader programming and console-specific optimization.
• A portfolio showcasing previous game development work.
