What you will do
- Oversee and ensure the quality of VFX work delivered by the team.
- Provide craft direction and hands-on support throughout the VFX process.
- Mentor and develop the skills of VFX artists.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to align on vision and priorities.
- Manage and improve team rituals for high-quality craft delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in the video games industry as VFX.
- 2+ years of management experience leading teams.
- Advanced skills in 3D/2D software such as Maya and Photoshop.
- Experience creating high-quality, stylized real-time VFX.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
