Location: San Francisco
Compensation Range: $300K - $330K

What you will do
- Identify opportunities to increase business impact and drive revenue growth.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and execute new sales programs.
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Hire, train, and develop top enterprise Account Executives.
- Capitalize on new market opportunities for Decagon's expansion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing sales teams in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Trained in MEDDPICC sales methodology or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in territory planning and developing sales playbooks.
