Crypto Operations Associate

TL;DR

Crypto Operations Associate (Fintech): Daily monitoring and operational management of cryptocurrency trading, account onboarding, and cash management with an accent on compliance, AML support, and workflow improvements. Focus on handling complex trading exceptions, regulatory adaptation, and effective communication across global teams.

Location: Global remote with core hours 9am to 5pm PT

What you will do

• Monitor and surveil all customer activity daily
• Manage daily operational tasks including cryptocurrency trading executions, new accounts, and cash management
• Assist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support Anti-Money Laundering program and investigations
• Drive improvements in workflows, policies, and tools
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in broker-dealer, financial services, trading, or crypto operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity or strong desire to learn cryptocurrency
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to rapidly changing business and regulatory environments
